Manager Cascade System

Managers are the channel employees trust most and the one organizations prepare least. The Manager Cascade System decides what information should travel through managers, when they need it and in what form, then builds and pilots a standard brief and cadence so every major announcement reaches teams consistently, and questions travel back up.

Example: Every major announcement becomes a manager brief built on Know → Say → Do → Ask.

Typically six to eight weeks, including a pilot.

How it works
  1. 01

    Design

Map the current cascade, interview leaders and managers, and decide which information should travel through managers, how early they need it and on what cadence.

  2. 02

    Build

Create the standard manager brief, built on Know → Say → Do → Ask, along with talking points, FAQs, team-meeting structures, an escalation path and a way for employee questions to travel back up.

  3. 03

    Pilot

Test with a group of managers, gather feedback, revise, train managers and communication owners, and launch a repeatable cadence.

What you receive
  • Manager cascade playbook
  • Know → Say → Do → Ask brief template
  • Talking points and FAQ templates
  • Team meeting guide
  • Escalation protocol and upward feedback loop
  • Communication calendar
  • Manager training session
  • Pilot findings

Talk through whether this fits.

Every engagement is scoped to the organization. A short note about what you’re seeing is enough to start.
