Strategic Plan Activation
Strategic Plan Activation translates a strategic plan from board and executive language into something every employee can explain: where the organization is going, why, what changes and what it means for their team. Then it launches the plan through leaders and managers and measures whether it landed.
Example: Leadership spent nine months producing a strong strategic plan that risks becoming a PDF nobody reads.
Typically six to ten weeks, with milestone communication afterward.
- 01
Translate
Read the plan, interview leadership about what matters most, and build the employee narrative. Define the three to five priorities employees should remember and what each employee group needs to understand.
- 02
Activate
Build the launch sequence, prepare executives and managers, and create the employee-facing materials and milestone communications that keep the plan visible after launch day.
- 03
Measure
Weeks or months later, check whether employees understand the priorities and whether managers can connect their team’s work to the strategy.
- Employee strategic narrative and priority message framework
- Audience and role relevance matrix
- Launch plan and executive communication
- Town hall presentation
- Manager toolkit and team discussion guide
- FAQ
- Milestone communication calendar
- Employee understanding pulse and measurement report

Every engagement is scoped to the organization. A short note about what you’re seeing is enough to start.
